The World
Most of the world is wasteland and ruined cities. A few overcrowded neon megacities hold most of who’s left. And somewhere in the middle of it, one coffee shop the bombs forgot.
Escape, shelter, emerge
The apocalypse begins
TopLobsta, The Raven and their crew tear down the highway in the Weenie Wagon, a bus, while bombs fall around them. Your first job is driving: dodge traffic and falling bombs and get everyone out.
The Standard Coffee Shop
They make it to the shop and hole up in its well-stocked bunker.
One year later
The survivors climb out into the devastation. First thing waiting for them: a Zombie, and your first fight.
A home worth rebuilding
The shop and the land around it came through almost untouched, an oasis nobody can explain. The doors open again. Customers start coming in. Some of them are even human.
The Standard
Your home, hub and business. Cook on a two-burner stove, plate before it burns, top up coffee, hire cooks, servers and janitors, run a daily special and survive the lunch rush. Then head out: every trip brings back people, ingredients, rumors or scars, and the shop slowly turns into a record of your whole run.
Safety isn’t guaranteed. Zombies, raiders and mutants come knocking.
Nephburg
Step outside The Standard and walk the town. The nursery leads to the Food Forest, the road northeast leads to the rest of the map, and the townsfolk keep their own schedules, grudges and gossip whether you’re watching or not.

No two runs alike
The big story is hand-written. The life between its beats is yours. Regulars keep routines, so you notice when one stops showing up. People believe things that aren’t true. Places earn reputations. Your friend tells you about a regular named Greg, and you get to ask, with total sincerity, “Who the hell is Greg?”
Tell a reporter Bigfoot was flying the UFO over Area 51 and #BIGFOOTPILOT starts trending. Someone prints shirts. Someone goes looking. That’s on you now.

Dale is currently in Cancun. He is not eating anyone. Probably.
BlapApp
The feed opens with the cafe and again at closing, and it talks about what you actually did: today’s special, the food critic’s review, the highway report, whoever went through the front door. Like posts, post a promo, read the room.
some asshole broke the front door again
Large white bird seen carrying a kitchen knife down Blap Street at 6am...
It goes deeper
The conspiracy runs under the surface: ramshackle undercities built by the desperate, government remnants, and deeper still, elites living in rediscovered ancient ruins with giant lizardman statues and working aqueducts. There is one hidden mystery with a real answer. It won’t show up as a quest marker.
